If you imported a yard file, the system might include yard paths with unspecified geometries. In this case, N4 can select all yard paths that do not have location information, use their from and to vertices to generate a connecting line, and persist this line as a yard path location.
You should only generate path spaces after placing all vertices on the map.
To generate path spaces:
Select Actions Generate Path Spaces.
When N4 completes generating path spaces, click OK.
